Delivery Schedule |
| . | We will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day if we receive it before 3.00pm Monday to Friday with the exception of UK public holidays. However this is not always possible during peak times. Orders received after 3.00pm will be dispatched the same day if possible otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day For larger items such as consoles, orders must be received by 12 noon, in order to be dispatched the same day. |

Darkplanets will not disclose customer information to any
third parties. We may use your details to administer our web site
services, we may also use your email address to notify you of any special
offers we may have. If you would not like to receive such mails
from us please let us know. We may also disclose your information if we have a duty to do so required by law. |

Returns Policy |
|
|
Refunds Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to return the goods within 7 days and obtain a full refund. If you exercise your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations, you will be required to return the goods back to us within a reasonable period of time and no later than 7 working days after your notice of cancelation of contract. Once the goods have been returned they will be inspected. If you have not taken resonable care off the goods, or the goods are damaged or the item is incomplete a restocking fee may be charged or the goods may be returned to you. The charge will be a maximum of 25% of the original cost of the product or no less than £15. No delivery costs or any other charges incurred by returning the goods will be refunded
Product(s) authorized for return must be returned with all original packaging, manuals and accessories in a good resellable condition. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 30 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Should any item purchased be found to be faulty, you must contact us by e-mail - Your email should state the original order number, the date of purchase, and a description of the item and fault. Warranties Most goods delivered in the UK carry a 12 month manufacturer's warranty
In some cases you may be required to deal directly with the manufacturer to obtain warranty. Please consult your user documentation for the relevant manufacturer's instructions and warranty procedure.

Warranty Exceptions.
Product warranties will be invalid where faults have been caused by accidental damage, neglect or misuse.
All returned products will be tested and if we conclude that the item is not faulty or that the fault is not covered by our warranty, the item will be returned to the customer.
Software Software will not be accepted for a refund. If any software is found to be faulty within 28 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same title. How to get an RMA You will need to have an RMA number before shipping your product back to us. All RMA numbers issued by Darkplanets are valid for seven (7) days. All returns must be received within this period. Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal. RMA numbers will NOT be extended or reassigned. This does not affect your statutory rights. |

Goods Sent To Us |

We will take no responsibility for any goods that are lost
or damaged in the post. We recommend that all goods are sent to
us by Royal Mail Special Delivery and the appropriate insurance and packaging be used
for the item being sent. |

WEEE Regulations: |
|
|
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge. The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites. Darkplanets.co.uk is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. For example, if a customer bought a new Steering Wheel from us we would accept their old Steering Wheel and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below: |
