Once you have found the product you would like to purchase, click the `Add to basket` button. Discounts are available on some products when more then one item is being purchased. If you wish to purchase more than one of a specific product, click on ‘Multi buy pricing available’, and then select the desired quantity and click on ‘Buy’.
You will then be shown your virtual shopping basket, listing the product title and quantity and the total price of your order, excluding delivery. We cannot include delivery charges in the basket as they vary depending on the products in your basket and the delivery option you choose. On this page, you have the option to change the quantity of the items ordered or remove them from your basket.
When you have finished adding products to your basket, click on the `Buy now` button under the basket to proceed to checkout and purchase your products.
The checkout process
If this is the first time you have ordered online from darkplanets.com, you will be asked to enter the following information before you can complete the checkout process:
Your email address
A password of your choice
Your home address
Alternatively, if you have already registered with us previously, you can simply log in, entering your email address and password.
You will then be taken to your online shopping basket. Here you can choose to ‘continue shopping’ or ‘complete checkout’.
When you have entered all the items that you wish to order, choose to ‘complete checkout’. You will then be shown all the items you have ordered and you can choose the relevant postage option.
Whan you click ‘next’ you will be taken to a page where you can enter any relevant information about your order in the comments box, and you can enter your credit card details.
Once you are happy with your order and all the details are correct, click on the `complete order` button. You will then see a Sales Receipt of your order which you can print out if you wish. A paper copy of this invoice will be enclosed with your order when it is dispatched. You will then recieve an automated email to confirm receipt of your order.
